My favourite game is badminton. I love to play badminton competitions in school, in clubs and open tournaments. I love to play badminton. I not only enjoy playing badminton but also watching it.
There is nothing more exciting for me than watching this game or playing a match with my friends. Since childhood, I have one dream and that is to become best player of badminton. My dad was also a badminton player of his time.
He has taught me so many moves of this game. I learned most of the skills of this game from him. On my last birthday, he gifted me a badminton kit too which is the best present for me till now.
Every weekend, my father and I play a match of badminton and the one who loses has to give treat to other person. This condition makes this game more exciting. It can also be played between four players.
It is then called doubles. My dad has also arranged a badminton net in our garden where I play doubles with my siblings.I go to stadium daily with my friends for practice and I never miss these practice sessions.
Playing badminton is very easy. It does not require special tools, it just needs two rackets and a shuttlecock. If the shuttlecock touches the ground then other player receives a point.
It is a game that everyone can play easily indoor and outdoor because it does not have many rules. Moreover, it is not an intense game like cricket or football. There is less risk of injury in this game as compared to any other game.
I am the captain of my school’s badminton team. I have also played many competitions and won many awards for my school.This game is all about speed and accuracy.
I feel I am getting better day by day because of continuous practice sessions with my friends and my dad. It has made me grow as a person and improve my skills.
Many people prefer to go for shopping or watch movies when they feel sad but for me, playing badminton is the only thing that boosts up my mood.
When I was a kid, I used to read news that how badminton players are making our country proud and how they are always in the limelight for their amazing game skills. I have always wanted to make my country proud like this.
My favorite badminton player is Srikanth kidambi. He has won so many medals for our country. He is really an amazing player and I want to become an efficient player like him one day.

Thirdly, it strengthens the muscles of our body and increases our stamina. Playing this game keeps me energetic throughout the day. I could play this game all day without getting tired.
Playing badminton is more fun to me than any other game. If I have to choose between badminton and computer games then I would always prefer to play badminton.
I never get bored from this game. I hope to become best badminton player one day and make my dad proud.
