There are different types of dreams –

1) Daydreams: These are brief episodes of Musing or fanciful thinking that we all experience when our minds are idle.

2) Lucid Dreams: In these dreams, we are aware that we are dreaming and can sometimes control the dream.

3) Recurring Dreams: As the name suggests, these dreams repeat themselves over time.

4) Nightmare: These are scary and often disturbing dreams that can cause anxiety and fear.

5) Flying Dreams: These are very common dreams in which we feel like we are flying or falling.

Dreams have been a source of inspiration for many artists, musicians, writers and filmmakers. They have also been used as a tool for understanding our fears and desires.

Dreams are often interpreted symbolically. For example, a dream about flying might represent freedom or a desire to escape. A dream about being chased might represent feelings of insecurity or anxiety. Dreams can also be literal – if you dream about winning the lottery, it is possible that you will actually win the lottery.

There is no one answer to the question – are dreams real or myth? Some people believe that dreams are a way for our subconscious mind to process information and deal with problems. Others believe that they are simply a product of our imaginations.

What’s the role of dreams in our life? Dreams are often a source of inspiration for artists, musicians, writers and filmmakers. They can also be used as a tool for understanding our fears and desires. Dreams can be literal or symbolic, depending on how you interpret them.
